Chicago Section ACS Bylaws

Current Bylaws

The latest bylaws for the Chicago Section of the American Chemical Society became effective on December 17, 2020. Drafted by an ad hoc committee of the Chicago ACS Board of Directors, they were approved by the full Board, approved by the national American Chemical Society's Constitution and Bylaws committee, approved by Chicago Section ACS members at a Section event, and certified by national ACS Secretary Flint Lewis.
