Dr. Anthony Toussaint is the current leader of the Chicagoland chemistry community, as Chair of the Chicago Section of the American Chemical Society. Toussaint was born in London, England, earned his B.Sc. from University of Leicester, his MS in Surface Chemistry from University of Bristol, and his Chemical Engineering PhD in colloid chem from UCL (University College - London). The title of his PhD thesis was “The Flocculation of Calcium Carbonate and its Deposition onto Cellulose Fibers.” FURTHER, he earned an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
